Where do you see clients?

I teach locally in person in and around Charlottesville, Crozet, and Nelson County, Virginia, and I also travel periodically to teach in other locations.

Private and small-group courses can also be arranged by request — locally or beyond.

Are your services covered by insurance?

A health coach works in conjunction with the client's healthcare providers. Coaching services, as well as Vedic Meditation instruction, are paid for by the client as preventative health care. Payment can be made via  Zelle, personal check or credit card.

What type of coaching plans do you offer?

I offer coaching online or in person for individuals and small groups. 

What can I expect?

Private coaching sessions take place weekly or bi-weekly. After each session, you will receive a follow-up summary that details achievable goals, resources, supplements and recipes when applicable. You can expect a weekly check-in from your health coach via text or email.

Do you offer workshops and community presentations??

Yes! I am available for speaking engagements and often offer free workshops and Vedic Meditation Introductory Talks throughout the Charlottesville area. In addition, I am excited to collaborate with Functional Medicine and Primary Care practitioners who would like to offer Vedic Meditation and/or group health coaching to patients.
